Ron Van Pelt President

Ron was Global Vending’s first employee over six years ago. There, he was the Technical Support Supervisor, providing service to over one thousand locations. Ron received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Florida Atlantic University in May 2002. He was enrolled at Nova Southeastern University working towards a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems, with a specialization in Computer Security, when Global ceased operations. He interacted with merchants on a daily basis and continues to do so at ATM Plus.

David T. Barry Vice-President

Dave served as an Executive Vice President of the United Food and Commercial Workers International and as Chairman of the Joint Labor Management Committee for the Retail Food Industry. From 2002 to the present, he has been a principal for the private equity firm “Yucaipa Companies” in Los Angeles, CA, which specializes in the acquisition, development and sale of privately help companies.

Linnea Van Pelt Vice President

Linnea graduated summa cum laude from Florida Atlantic University in December 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Science: Biotechnology. She is currently working with locations to solve any problems and provide service and supplies. She also coordinates the administration functions of ATM Plus.

Brian Peters, CPA Treasurer

Brian graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida in December 1997 and received a Master of Accounting in 2001 from Florida International University. He is presently employed at LaPadula, Carlson, & Co., a CPA firm in Coral Gables, FL with the positions of Manager of Compliance and Compliance Audits, and Director of IT for RX Auditors.

Karin Peters Secretary

Karin Peters is currently a Vice President and serves on the Board of Directors for National Employee Benefits Administrators, Inc., a Third Party Administrator specializing in the administration of various Employee Benefit Trust Funds. Additionally, Karin serves as the Privacy Official for the corporations, overseeing the proper maintenance and safeguarding of protected information and sensitive records. She currently maintains a Health Claims Adjuster license in the state of Florida. Karin’s background in third party administration lends itself well to her current position as secretary of ATM Plus, where she is responsible for the development and oversight of record maintenance policies, as well as general administration of the corporation.
